About this item

This is NewBeeDrone's first 5inch light weight frame for racing and freestyle.

Introducing the Turismo Frame. The Turismo Frame is an offering for the ultralight 5inch enthusiast who wants a versatile, ultralight frame to build a locked-in setup with a sturdy roll-cage for the ‘goods’ inside. Pairing this frame with a whoop-size AIO board, then we suggest a build with an analog vtx setup or set it up with the Caddx Vista for that digital HD cruising. If you decide to pair this ultralight frame with a signature NewBeeDrone 20x20 series stacks (Infinity200 or CricketFPV stack) then an analog vtx build is the way to go.

I bought this frame in hopes of building a light fast 5". The whole journey with this quad has been a nightmare. But i still want to love it. First i had 1900kv 2204.5 motors with an HakRC AIO, Caddx Nebula Nano. It was fast as shit for a flight. Then one problem after another including desyncs, swapped AIOs about 5 times, then fly aways, desyncs, All new motors 2203.5 2000kv AMax motors, flies ok not as fast as the 1900kv Axisflying motors, constantly RC link issues, new board doesn't recognize the ELRS. As far as the frame goes, it's super noisy, hard to tune. It sits on the bench more than it flies. But it's looks sweet.

Hello D!

I'm sorry to hear about the rough experience with the quad you built.
I definitely have some questions as I'm seeing a few red flags with what you're mentioning... but obviously this isn't the full story of course, so I can't jump to conclusions too quickly...

The desyncs and unexplained noisiness I'm wondering if it has something to do with the ESC settings. We usually have to fix some settings to get them to calm down in this situation. Let me know if you're using defaults or if you have any settings you're using so I can check them out.

Thanks again for the review and being a great customers! We appreciate you!
