Cancel My Order

We now offer the ability to cancel your own orders as long as they have not been fulfilled yet.

Visit your Order history inside of your WREKD® Account by clicking here or the Log In link at the top of the screen.

Steps to cancel an order

1. Click Log In at the top of the WREKD.com website.

2. Enter the Email Address and Password for the account you used to order with.

3. Locate the order you just created in your user dashboard.

NOTE: Only recent orders that have not been processed / fulfilled will be eligible for canceling yourself. If you do not see a Cancel Order button, please contact us at support@wrekd.com to proceed with cancellation.

4. Press the "Cancel Order" button on the right of your latest order.

5. Optional. Enter a reason for your order cancellation and click Confirm & Cancel button.

6. Your order has been cancelled!

You should now receive an email confirming that your order has been cancelled.
