We take a proactive and aggressive approach to combat fraudulent orders and chargebacks. Our system automatically scans orders as they are created to identify any potential fraudulent activity.

If your order is flagged as high-risk and it is your first time ordering with us, we may require identity verification. Think of this as similar to when a store asks to see your ID or requests your signature when using a credit card. This step is necessary to protect both you and us from fraud and chargebacks.

In some cases, we may also reach out to you by phone to confirm the legitimacy of your order. Once we establish a trusted customer relationship with you, future orders will not require this verification.

If your order is marked as high-risk, you will likely receive a verification request from our service provider, FUGU. While their name may be amusing, they provide us with an essential service. Please comply with their requests to ensure a smooth and quick shipping process.
