At WREKD, our mission is to provide a seamless FPV shopping experience with a broad selection of drone products. As a small, family-owned business in this tight-knit industry, we deeply value your support and strive to make your experience with us as enjoyable as possible. Below are our policies regarding shipping, returns, and customer support to ensure clarity and satisfaction.

Shipping & Delivery

Carriers

We primarily use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for most shipments to offer reliable and timely delivery. In certain cases, especially with items like LiPo batteries, we may use alternative carriers to comply with shipping regulations and ensure your order arrives safely.

UPS Shipping

  • Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays.
  • If you require weekend delivery, we recommend choosing USPS as your shipping option.

Processing Time

  • Same-Day Shipping (Monday through Friday):
    • We ensure USPS packages are in their possession by 3-4 PM Eastern Time.
    • There is a hard cut-off at 3 PM for same-day shipping on USPS packages.
    • For UPS packages, we prioritize orders that come in before 3 PM.
    • Orders placed after the 3 PM cut-off will ship the following business day.
  • Saturday Shipping:
    • We fulfill orders throughout the day on Saturdays.
    • There is a strict cut-off for same-day shipping at 11:00 AM Eastern Time.
    • Orders placed on Saturday after 11 AM or on Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Delivery Estimates & Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
  • WREKD cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or local postal services.

Lost Packages

  • We highly recommend selecting the Route Shipping Protection at checkout or opting for USPS Priority Mail, which includes $50 of insurance and reliable tracking.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier but cannot guarantee a refund or replacement without shipping insurance.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delivery issues.

Separate Shipping Fees

We understand that paying separate shipping fees for different items in a single order may seem inconvenient. However, there are important reasons behind this:

WREKD® Fulfillment Network

Our store operates through the WREKD® Fulfillment Network, partnering with multiple suppliers to offer a wide range of products in one place. Some items are shipped directly from different suppliers' warehouses, resulting in separate shipping fees. This model saves you the hassle of visiting multiple stores to find all the items you need.

Cost Efficiency

Despite separate shipping fees, our rates are often lower than other retailers because we negotiate favorable shipping deals and absorb a significant portion of the actual shipping costs.

Diminishing Shipping Fees

We offer a tiered shipping fee structure that rewards larger orders:

  • $0 to $24.99: Tier 1 Shipping Fee
  • $25 to $49.99: Tier 2 Shipping Fee
  • $50 to $74.99: Tier 3 Shipping Fee
  • $75 to $99.99: Tier 4 Shipping Fee
  • $100+: Free Shipping

This structure allows you to save more as you add items to your cart.

Priority Shipping Options

For items that ship directly from our store, we offer priority shipping options, allowing you to receive your items faster if needed.

When Do My Items Ship?

We take great pride in getting your items shipped as quickly as possible. Refer to the Shipping section for detailed information on processing times.

Pre-Orders, Made-to-Order, Print-on-Demand, Backorder

If you order one of these items, please understand that there may be a delay due to preparation:

  • Most clothing items, posters, jerseys, etc. (unless specified as in stock).
  • Gas Lights, Custom Radio Stick Ends (Five33 Rip Sticks).
  • Custom Built Drones by WREKD.

Separate Orders Recommended: We encourage you to place these types of items in separate orders if you have in-stock items you wish to ship quickly.

Where Is My Stuff?

We understand how eager you are to receive your order. However, there are a few situations that may cause delays:

  • Out of Stock Items.
  • Pre-Order or Backordered Items.
  • Made-to-Order Items.
  • High Risk of Fraud Detected.
  • Declined Payment.

If any of these issues arise, we will contact you via email. Please check your inbox for updates before reaching out.

Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

  • New & Unopened Items: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items that are new, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA) Items: Please refer to the DOA section of this document here.
  • Opened or Used Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or modified.

Defective or Dead on Arrival (DOA) Items

We understand that receiving a defective or DOA product can be frustrating, and we're committed to making the resolution process as smooth as possible.

Before Making a Claim

  • Thoroughly Review the Product: Read the manual and follow all setup instructions.
  • Troubleshoot: Utilize online guides, forums, and community support to troubleshoot the issue.

How to Report a Defective or DOA Item

  1. Contact Support: Compose an email to support@wrekd.com.
  2. Provide Detailed Information:
    1. Include a detailed description
    2. Include your Order Number
    3. Attach photos or videos of the issue
    4. Any troubleshooting steps you've taken, including YouTube videos you've watched.
  3. Await Our Response: Our team will review your submission and may reach out for additional information.

Resolution Process

Our team will review every claim objectively and ensure that care is taken to help you get a resolution as quickly as possible.
If our team is unable to assist with getting you up and running quickly, we may invite the manufacturer into the conversation first before approving a replacement or refund.

  • WREKD® Brands such as Vannystyle and QuadGas Branded Products: We will handle the support/replacements directly.
  • All Other Brands: We encourage you to contact the manufacturer directly for specialized technical assistance.

Important Notes

  • Honest Reporting: Please provide accurate information about the product's condition.
  • Customer Responsibility: Damage resulting from misuse or incorrect installation is not considered a manufacturer defect.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit Our Website: Go to My WREKD and log in to your account.
  2. Access Your Order: Navigate to your order history and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Request a Return: Click on the "Request Return" button and follow the prompts.
  4. Await Confirmation: Our team will review your request and provide instructions via email. Please do not send back any items until you receive return authorization.

    International Returns

    At this time, we do not accept returns for international orders due to high shipping costs. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    Processing Your Return

    • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at time of purchase. The amount refunded if unopened products, will be the Amount - Shipping Fee. In certain situations, we will also refund the shipping fees.

    Payment & Chargebacks

    • Payment Methods: We accept various payment options for your convenience.
    • Ensuring Smooth Transactions: Please verify that your payment method is authorized for online transactions and you have the approval to use the card you're using. If using a family members card, please ensure they're aware that WREKD will appear on their credit card statement.
    • Chargebacks: If you encounter any payment issues, please contact us immediately at support@wrekd.com. We'll work with you to resolve any problems.
