What is up with "Free Shipping"?
First off, there is no such thing as "Free Shipping".
Shipping things online costs money.
But it doesn't have to always be paid by the customer. For instance, sites like Amazon offer free "prime shipping" but that's after paying them $200/year.
But we're not Amazon, of course... so we get creative!
We offer a tiered shipping fee structure that rewards higher order value with diminishing shipping fees.
- $0 to $24.99: Tier 1 Shipping Fee (base fee)
- $25 to $49.99: Tier 2 Shipping Fee (approx. $0.5 - $0.75 OFF)
- $50 to $74.99: Tier 3 Shipping Fee (approx. $0.75 - $1.25 OFF)
- $75 to $99.99: Tier 4 Shipping Fee (approx. $1.25 - $2.75 OFF)
- $100+: Free Shipping Eligible on Most Items (excludes oversized, and some partner items)
This structure allows you to save more as you add items to your cart.
