Le HDZero Freestyle VTX est un HD numérique 720p 60fps 5.8GHz conçu pour les drones freestyle. Le grand dissipateur thermique entourant le VTX aide à maintenir une température stable grâce à l'augmentation du potentiel de puissance de transmission. Se monte sur des trous standard espacés de 30x30mm. Le VTX comprend un BEC qui convertit 2S-6S en 5,8V fixe avec un courant de sortie maximum de 5A. Le VTX comprend également une antenne U.FL RHCP.

La plage d'entrée de puissance est maintenant de 2S à 6S. Bien que le VTX intègre un circuit de protection contre les surtensions, un grand condensateur (450 + uF) parallèle aux câbles de batterie est obligatoire pour lisser l'alimentation de l'ensemble du quad.
